Business Opportunities
maio 2015
Starting your own business is not an easy task, that is common knowledge. Being an entrepreneur requires full-time commitment, attention to details and management skills, especially when you are dealing with a partner, not to mention when you have co-workers and/or employees, hence increasing the costs.
Now, imagine owning a start-up business and being able to develop it abroad? What about having the Brazilian market as your field-test? That rewarding experience is part of an European Union project aimed to sponsor start-up entrepreneurs that may need a boost in their project.
CONNECT is an exchange programme focused on accelerating European-based entrepreunerships in Brazil. Brazilian SME’s and top incubators will collaborate in the process of pushing the European counter-partner forward and help connecting and networking while in Brazil.
For the next three months, Dutch entrepreneurs, Joris Van Gorkum and Bastiaan Van IJzendoorn, have been granted the opportunity to accelerate their business named Commodity Basis in Belo Horizonte’s FUMSOFT institute. Their portal’s objective is to inform international agricultural commodity prices, and while in Brazil they will have the chance to meet commodity leading companies and enhance their portfolio.
If you are a Dutch SME and Entrepreneur that may be looking forward to improve your innovative and smart business in Brazil, apply at the Connect initiave. NBSO Brazil can help you with specific market information and other details that may help you to prepare your application. As soon as you arrive in the country, stop by at NBSO Brazil to have a cup of coffee!
