Start Up weekend comes to Uberlândia

One of the most important events dedicated to StartUps will once again land in Brazil. Start Up Weekend will take place in the western Minas Gerais city of Uberlândia from 20 to 22 of May.

Developers, software specialists and entrepreneurs will gather in a 3-day event to present their ideas and projects and also to put them into practice, as that’s the aim of the organisers that have a great number of participants already confirmed.

Minas Gerais has been known as a new hub for entrepreneurship, specially focused on creativity and technology. Entrepreneurs have gathered in co-working groups, built associations and, with an additional help of  governmental tenders and private investors, businesses have found key funds to put their ideas into the market.

Participants are subject to online registrations that are divided into five categories: for developers, technology area and people willing to develop apps and software; designers  who understand creation and visual quality projects; business, for those willing to think and format  new business; as well as visitors.
